The purpose of the Training manual is  to help every Christian grow to Maturity and Fruitfulness in Christ (Colossians 1:28-29) and it is intended to serve as a tool to stimulate conversation between the newer believer and the discipler (“spiritual parent”), which will hopefully, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, help the discipler to identify and address spiritual needs and gaps in spiritual understanding.
